Description:

The durable, washable coating is presented in the form of a base material for tinting (Base A), and can also be tinted at the production base in industrial batches upon customer request according to popular color catalogs (RAL, NSK, etc.). The safety of the material was confirmed by toxicological examination; the studied samples belong to class 4 of low-hazard substances. The Nano Powder Synthesis company recommends the use of NanoColoro coatings for the protection and decoration of residential and commercial facilities, including medical, preventive, preschool, children's, and educational institutions, and residential premises. The coating is applied to concrete, brick and mineral surfaces, as well as chipboard, fiberboard and wallpaper.

Composition

Acrylic dispersion, pigment, filler, targeted additives (including antimicrobial nanoparticles), water.

Usage Instructions:

The surface must be clean, durable and dry. Remove dirt, dust, efflorescence, loose old coating, chalk, lime paint. Smooth out unevenness and cracks with PUTTY. To increase adhesion and reduce paint consumption, it is recommended to pre-treat the surface with a PRIMER of the appropriate purpose. When priming, do not allow the formation of a shiny surface film after drying. If necessary, the paint can be diluted with water in an amount of no more than 5%. Before use, stir until smooth. Apply with a roller, paint sprayer, or brush in 2 layers at a temperature of the surface, paint and air not lower than 50°C and air humidity not higher than 75%.

Paint consumption for a single-layer coating, depending on the quality of preparation and the absorbency of the surface, is 1 liter up to 10 m2. Consumption may vary depending on color, quality of preparation and absorbency of the surface. The consumption and drying time of Base C may increase depending on the chosen color.

Drying of each layer of paint at a temperature of (20±2)°С – 1 hour. Apply the second layer no earlier than after 4 hours. Clean a freshly painted surface very carefully, as final polymerization and resistance to washing is achieved after 28 days.

Storage Conditions:

Transport and store the paint in a tightly closed container at a temperature above 5°C, away from heating devices, protecting from moisture and direct sunlight. Can be stored for up to 36 month prior to opening, from the date of manufacture.

FROST RESISTANCE: withstands 5 cycles of short-term freezing down to – 30°C during transportation. Thaw at room temperature without additional heating.
